DK-011 Solid Epoxy Resin

DK-011 is a Bisphenol-A type unmodified solid Epoxy Resin which can be softened at medium temperature(over 40C).Its properties after curing are excellent for mechanical strength, adhesive strength and chemical resistance. DK-011 is recommended for industrial coating primer, top coating and construction & civil work application in solution form with Xylene or other various solvents.

DK-014U Solid Epoxy Resin

DK-014U is a Bisphenol-A type unmodified solid Epoxy Resin which can be softened at medium temperature. Its properties after curing are excellent for mechanical strength, adhesive strength and chemical resistance. DK-014U is recommended for industrial coating primer, top coating and construction & civil work application in solution form with Xylene or other various solvents.

DK-128 Liquid Epoxy Resin

DK- 128 is a liquid type standard Epoxy Resin derived from Bisphenol-A. It has excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, heat resistance, etc. Due to its special properties, DK- 128 is generally used in many fields. DK- 128 is the most standard liquid resin for general use.

Usage of Epoxy Resin

DK-011 and DK-014U are used as solid Epoxy Resin in the following four main applications:

Coating: DK-011 and DK-014U Solid Epoxy Resin can be used as a binder in various types of coatings, including general paints, electrodeposition coating, baking paint, marine paint, and anticorrosive industrial paints. It provides good adhesion, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength to coatings.
Aliphatic Amine-Adduct type: DK-011 and DK-014U Solid Epoxy Resin is not typically used as a modifier for aliphatic amine.
Construction civil works: DK-011 and DK-014U Solid Epoxy Resin can be used as a primer, top coating, water proofing agent, adhesive, and repair paint for construction materials. It improves the durability, water resistance, and adhesion of the materials.
Laminates: DK-011 and DK-014U Solid Epoxy Resin can be used in laminates for various applications such as laminating, filament winding, and composite. Its properties include excellent adhesion, high temperature resistance, and mechanical strength.

DK-128 Liquid Epoxy Resin can be used for a variety of applications when cured with different hardeners and additives（Polyamide resin, Aromatic Polyamine, Aliphatic Polyamine and Anhydride Compound). Here are six examples of its uses:

Paints: With different hardeners and additives, DK-128 can be used in electrodeposition coating, ambient curing coating, clear coating, and anti-corrosion coating. It provides good adhesion, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength to coatings.
Electrical and Electronic fields: DK-128 can be used for casting, dipping, encapsulation, laminates, and coating of condensers and resistors in electrical and electronic applications. It provides good electrical insulation properties and mechanical strength.
Civil Construction and Buildings: DK-128 can be used in cementing concrete structure, water-proofing, anti-corrosion road pavement, repair bond for joints, and grouting materials. It can improve the durability and water resistance of construction materials.
Adhesives: DK-128 can be used for metal, glass, wood, and stone adhesives. It provides strong bonding strength and chemical resistance.
Filament winding: DK-128 can be used in filament winding for glass fiber reinforcement resins. It provides good mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
Stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride: DK-128 can be used as a stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It can improve the heat and light stability of PVC and make it more resistant to weathering.

Packaging of Epoxy Resin

DK-011 Solid Epoxy Resin and DK-014U Solid Epoxy Resin are typically packaged in 25kg/PE (polyethylene) bag net weight. The bags are usually sealed to prevent moisture from entering and contaminating the resin.
The bags may also be placed into a larger cardboard box or plastic drum for additional protection during storage and transportation. Labels indicating the product name, batch number, date of manufacture, and other relevant information are usually affixed to the packaging.

DK-128 Liquid Epoxy Resin can be packaged in several different ways:

230kg/drum: This is a standard drum size for liquid chemicals and is often used in the transportation and storage of DK-128 Epoxy Resin.
1150kg/IBC drum: This refers to an intermediate bulk container (IBC) that can hold up to 1150kg of DK-128. This type of packaging is often used for larger quantities of chemicals.
20kg/drum: This is a smaller drum size suitable for smaller applications or for easier handling and storage.
Bulk in ISO TANK (20~25MT): For even larger quantities, DK-128 can be shipped in bulk in ISO tanks that can hold up to 20-25 metric tons. This is a cost-effective option when a large amount of the epoxy resin is needed.
