What is soy wax pellets?

Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from soybeans. Soy wax is mainly used in the production of candles. The melting point is 45-52 degrees. Non-smoking and tasteless when burned. Soy wax has a higher melting point than paraffin wax, is easy to dissolve, and gives off a scent when burned.

 It is an ideal material for making scented candles. However, it is rare to use soy wax to make scented candles, mainly because soy wax is more expensive than paraffin wax and the production process is not mature enough. 

Soybeans are divided into soft wax and hard wax according to the difference in melting point. Soy wax with a melting point of 45 degrees is called soft soy wax. It is eye-catching, soft and easy to make liquid, it can be used for full body massage. 

Since the setting is slow, the decorative sail can extend the curing time and is easy to operate. It also prevents shrinkage and cracking of the finished product due to low temperatures in winter. It is the main ingredient for winter DIY scented candles and wax tablets.

Soy wax method for making candles:

First step: Raw material preparation. Place the soybean wax in a stainless steel container, heat it to melt it completely, heat it to 90 ° C and mix well to make a liquid wax.
Second step: Molding. 

Pour the mixed wax solution into a stainless steel mold with a wax core and first apply vegetable oil to the inner wall of the mold. After cooling, fill the surface with liquid wax above 90 ° C and leave the mold after cooling. Pure soy wax candle.
