Our wine import department manager and two colleagues organized a wine tasting meeting. In the sharing session, not only learned a lot of knowledge about red wine, but also learned about the benefits of red wine for the body.
At the tasting meeting, we learned a lot about red wine. There are several important things about wine tasting: watching the color, smelling, sobering, drinking, and spitting. As the name implies, look at the color of the wine, how do you look at it? Tilt the wine glass, place a piece of paper behind the wine glass, and observe the color of the edge of the wine under normal light. There may be three types: ruby, red garnet, and reddish brown. Generally speaking, the younger the wine, the more reddish it is and the more gorgeous it is. Smell, how do you smell it? Hold the wine glass near your nose, and then move the wine glass left and right. Generally fruity, fermented, and possibly rotten fruit flavors. Then how to sober up? You can gently shake the wine glass and rotate it a few more times to sober up the wine. Then there is drinking. Generally speaking, you will spit out and you don’t need to drink all of it.
At this tasting meeting, we tasted a wide variety of wines. I prefer the refreshing and non-sticky wine type. I don’t know which type of wine you would like?
