1.About the candle material

For make scented candles, there are 2 common wax materials: paraffin wax and soy wax. Customers sometimes be puzzled about which material can be better. Actually, the paraffin wax can hold more fragrance, at the same time, soy wax is more eco-friendly. If customers need stronger fragrance with longerlasting time, the paraffin wax can be better. For more focus on natural material, the soy wax can be better choice. We can supply both paraffin wax and soy wax.

2.About the fragrance oil

The other very important material is fragrance oil. There are lots of scents for fragrance oil, and we Dongke offer about thousands of scents. The very popular scents more for flower and fruit scents. We can supply fragrance oil and for customers we haven’t cooperate, we offer free sample for about 3-5 scents for testing, which could help customers find the scents they really want.

3.About the making process

The process of making candles is not very complex.

Firstly you may prepare for the materials needed:

1. Soy wax flakes
2. Melting pot
3. Stirring stick
4. Thermometer
5. Fragrance oil
6. Cotton wicks
7. Wick holder
8. Candle jars

Secondly to pour wax to the melting pot and stirring till the wax melted totally. Then add the fragrance oil when the temprature is suitable(55℃). Use the stirring stick to mix the wax and fragrance oil.

Thirdly to prepare the candle wick, and use the wick holder, then pour into the ready wax oil and waiting for the wax to cool and shaped.
