On June, BEIJING DONGKE togethwe with our other branches companies joined in the exhibition in Europe mainly about the bulk soy wax .
As we know ,Europe is big market for 100% natural organic raw soy wax , especially for soy wax flakes . Our coampany can supply soy wax with melting point from 40~60 degrees , there are blocks ,flakes , granules , but 50 degree soy wax flakes are the most common and hot sale one.
To satisfy different customer’s requirements ,we take different melting point and different states soy wax together .there are 3 days for the exhibitions , during these three days, a lot of customers from Italy ,France , ,Switherland and so on . Some of them are attracted by the exhibition report showing the our soy wax ,also other wax; some of them were coming because of crowded customers .Generally speaking ,the customers here are more professional and high-demanding because they need good quality for their end products ,so we have to explain in detail and at the meantime we have to talking briefly because too many customers are waiting to entertain .
After 3 days ‘exhibitions, we made a summary of th customers need, soy wax for container wax for decoration and also for Aromatherapy.By tis application, the most common problem is that surface of the cup wax is not flat , so they are confused about the melting point and also the operation environment .some of them asked for directly filling wax, ,it demands higher melting point ;the next one is for blended wax, this way, has very low demand on soy wax .
Through the exhibition, we know what our customers need and also what we should do for our customers not just focusing on price but also technology .
